Ek deel met julle al die vreugde en irritasies, die hoogtepunte en laagtepunte, wat met my motorfietstoer gepaard gegaan het. Die volledige webblad is by www.naboom2germany.co.za
WOW! Your pictures speak volumes. I love the one of the house/cottage on the water, and the one of your father's hand with his great-grandchild. What are you shooting with?
I know you had mentioned doing some publishing from your trip - one idea is that you might want to look into contacting a few calendar or greeting card companies. One in particular is called Brown Trout Publishers - they do tons of calendar work and are always looking for unique photos. To check it out, go to thier website at:
www.browntrout.com
Once there, click on the "Company Information" tab on the top - it will take you to a page where on the left hand side is a list - click on "Submissions" and it will give you more information on what to do if your interested.
I know I would buy a calendar with all those kind of neat pictures from your trip - especially because it's somewhere I've never been.
It's something for you to think about. I can get you a couple greeting card company websites, also, if you want. There's a big demand in the religious card companies for pictures with a sense of calmness and self-reflection.
My biggest problem with writing is selling my my rights away. But, if the price is right, then it's worth it.
I think it's great that you are keeping a daily journal of your doings - what an experience! Keep it up....
